There is no stopping Deepika Paduoke when it comes to making fashion-forward choices as the leggy young woman never seems to run out of looks that make fans go "wow". Over the years, Cannes has seen a steady list of Indian celebs in attendance-Aishwarya Rai, Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, for some reason Mallika Sherawat, and Kangana Ranaut.
Kangana sported a gold kanjivaram sari by Madhurya Creations and paired it with a pair of purple opera gloves and we're totally rooting for her sassy appearance. She carried the strapless gown with a thigh-high slit with panache. She has also flaunted designs by Prabal Gurung and Marchesa at Cannes At this year's Met Gala Deepika wore a stunning strapless pink coloured gown by Zac Posen and resembled a life-size Barbie doll. The cream gown had a front slit, a plunging neckline, exaggerated sleeves and a bow. She was quoted by Pinkvilla as saying, "The clothes I wear will have drama".
The actress wore a sky blue and white stripes shirt tucked in her flared denims. Cause her first day, first look for Cannes 2019 is all about being dramatic, at the least. The actress, making her third appearance at the film festival as a L'Oreal ambassador, shared a video on her Instagram documenting her flight, walking through the arrivals lounge at Nice airport and getting into a waiting auto. Her fashion and glam teams, led by stylist Samantha McMillen, always get it right-and so far they've outfitted her in two winning looks (see them here), both of which included dazzling high jewelry from Chopard. The pop of neon did not stop at the dress, as the Piku actor added more zing to her look with round sunglasses of the same colour.
"This is a very attractive phase of her life where she is very happy, content and emotionally secure".
From there, she went on to share some of her unbelievable Cannes ensembles.
