Arsenal ran out 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Granit Xhaka and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, to see the North London club leapfrog Solskjaer's side into the top four, and Leno is confident that Unai Emery's side can qualify for the Champions League.
It was the Norwegian's first league defeat in 13 matches, a record which saw his side win 10 times and draw twice.
Solskjaer has turned the team's form around since taking over in December, following the sacking of Jose Mourinho. Superb performance! Brilliant result!
The Arsenal players were upbeat about the side's win over Manchester United, as it held huge significance in the race for the top-4. Even under Wenger you never really got the stadium like that.
"Enjoy this special day; I wish you good health and happiness in your future". Hopefully we will be ready for Wolves in the FA Cup next week.
"It has been fantastic so far but today is the lowest we have been because we lost and missed the chance to put pressure on Spurs".
Spanish boss Unai Emery took over Arsenal in the summer, replacing Arsene Wenger who had been in charge for 22 years. Sokratis was sent off in that clash, so will be unavailable for the Gunners as they look to book their place in the quarter-finals for the second consecutive season.
Romelu Lukaku and Fred both hit the woodwork for the visitors, while goalkeeper Bernd Leno made saves to deny Lukaku, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford.
"We don't play against the other top six teams so I think we can beat the others", the goalkeeper added.
"I think we could have achieved something great today and kept the win, but it's football and we have to learn".
"We know that it will be tough but we want to do something".
I'm sure many Arsenal fans would argue that their squad is just as good, if not better, than the likes of Tottenham, Man Utd and Chelsea but they won't care about any of it if the Gunners manage to secure a return to the Champions League with a top four finish.
