The Saints are scheduled to play the Cowboys in AT&T Stadium in primetime on Thursday night, November 29th in a Week 13 matchup. Bryant worked out for the Saints along with Brandon Marshall and Kamara Aiken earlier in the week but left New Orleans without a contract.
He still must learn one of the league's most complex offenses, but with so many playmakers around him, all the Saints should require on a weekly basis the rest of the season is for Bryant to be able to beat either a team's second or third cornerback.
Bryant retweeted a person congratulating him on landing with the Saints, who lost receiver Ted Ginn Jr. for the year. "I know it's important to him". Eighteen months ago, we saw "BBC Dad" become a viral sensation, as political science professor Robert Kelly discussed the ouster of the South Korean president when his two children wandered into his home office and into living rooms across Great Britain. He's now playing with one of the league's best quarterbacks and for one its brightest minds. In 2017, his final season in Dallas, Bryant started all 16 games and finished with 69 receptions for 838 yards and six touchdowns. "So we just move forward", Watson said. He'd previously met with Cleveland and Baltimore.
The Saints are now 7-1 and the top-scoring offense in the NFC. Richard Sherman certainly seems to like the signing for New Orleans.
I'm guessing those in the Big Easy aren't going to like this.
"They're getting a great receiver", Elliott said, Pro Football Talk.
New Orleans also has two games remaining against division rival Carolina (6-2).
"The nice thing is we don't play them until December, so we will get an opportunity to see what they are doing with him", Panthers coach Ron Rivera said shortly after hearing about Bryant's agreement with the Saints.
